I’m Natalie Mokari, a Registered and NC Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist living in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Clemson University, and then went on to complete my dietetic internship with Compass Group here in Charlotte.
I’ve developed a broad skill set in the field of dietetics, with experience in outpatient clinical nutrition, private nutrition counseling, corporate wellness and school food service. I am committed to helping my clients feel their best while developing a healthy relationship with food, nourishing both the body and soul. I stand by the belief that there are no food rules, using a non-diet approach with mindful eating techniques as the basis of my practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time trying out new recipes, doing something outdoors, traveling, and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer with my husband and our dog.
“Take that stigma away from bread and those other carbohydrate foods that have been demonized and include that as part of a balanced diet.”

"Natalie has been wonderful to work with. Her approach to healthy eating and living is practical and realistic. She is able to meet you where you are at and help you set attainable goals to get you where you’d like to be. I saw tremendous improvements in both my weight and cholesterol levels in just a few months following her instruction and suggestions. No doubt I could not have done this (nor would I have known how) without her!"

"Natalie was great to work with. It was easy to schedule appointments with her and she was accommodating with rescheduling at short notice too. She listened really well to my issues and was very attentive. Her inputs and suggestions were very practical to incorporate. It felt like talking to a friend and I walked away feeling like I got exactly what I needed to achieve my goals."
